Interested in marching band, but not really sure what it’s about? Our “Try it Out Nights” are a glimpse into what our group and the marching arts are all about!

On September 23 & 25, 2024, Northern Empire (NE) will be hosting two sessions with the Brasstactics, an amazing brass band and percussive in Edmonton; where potential members, family and friends can try out different percussion, woodwind, brass instruments. While here you’ll also get to meet current members, staff and members from the Brasstactics!

Whether you want to come and just chat or jam for a bit, we would love to have you! All percussionists and wind musicians ages 14 – 21 are welcome!
